Frequently asked questions about migration
How long does a migration to Cloud2EU take?
It depends on the volume of data and the number of services. After the initial audit we give you a realistic phased schedule; typical SME projects are completed in a few working days.
Will I have to stop working during the migration?
The goal is no. Most of the work is done in parallel on copies, and only the final switchover needs a short window, agreed with you outside critical hours.
Will I lose data or historical emails?
No. We migrate mailboxes with their history, folders and rules, and server data is moved intact. The source environment is also kept until everything is validated.
Where will my data be hosted?
In Cloud2EU's private data centre in Spain, ensuring data sovereignty, low latency and compliance with the European regulatory framework.
What happens after the migration?
We stay with you: monitoring, backup, technical support and resource adjustments as your company grows. The migration is the start of the relationship, not the end.
